Why Mothers are Heroes: Appreciation Post on National Hero Day (Shoutout: Happy Birthday to my Mama!)
My besties and I finally were able to free our schedules to meet and have our staycation-- finally! We have been planning for this so-called "staycation" since 2017. Fast forward to 2019, yow, what do you know, finally, OMG, we are able to get together and have unlimited "chika" all night long! Talk about girl's night, yeah~!!

We basically chose this hotel because:
Overall: I recommend this if you want a quick escape (but you are tight on the budget) from the busy city and you want to talk to your friends or maybe some alone time in the pool would give you a breath of fresh air that you need.
Quite quaint.
It was so hot that our eyes cannot take the heat LOL. My besties since college, by the way. Tine on the left side of the photo and April on the right.
I love this photo!
The parking space~~
The sun making the place glooowww.
All the greens!
The waiting area before checking in.
This was an ancestral house before it became a hotel, btw.
View of the poolside.
A peek of the pool from the waiting area aka lobby.
Their simple yet refreshing swimming pool.
More or less a closer shot haha.
Purple skies huhu💜 --View outside the hotel
Sunsets are always...magical✨
Movie Title: The Three Legal Wives 🤣 | Way back in college, we used to hang out and have photoshoots-- with several OOTDs and props--just for the sake of it! Facebook and Instagram were not "super duper trendy" in 2013 LOL.
Theme: A little serious and a little feisty. 🤣
Moods: Sultry. Happy-go-lucky. Meh. Pick whichever mood suits you. 🤣
When you say "Okay guys wacky pose" and then there is always this one in the group whose wacky may or may not be "wacky" LOL 🤣
If it weren't for their friendship, I dunno how I'd survive college. I love my girls.
We were supposed to have a "jump shot".
I am always grateful for "low maintenance friendships". Always.
So we are trying to mimic the "mowdel pose" LOL🤣
The Christmas tree is photobombing our picture 😅
Peace out, all!
Exchanging gifts time!!
Awkward crazy smiles whilst walking in the garden. Yeah. Thought so.🤣
We dig the "wacky poses" ammaright

We had lots of selfies in the swimming pool but only one photo made the cut. So many photos were kinda blurry because one of us was always laughing lmao
Dinnertime before swimming. Plus a lot of chika about life and love during the meal.😍

So many good meat and veggies. Samgyupsal is lifeeeee😍
I love this photo of us. It was taken seconds before we were really, really, really hungry LOL😘
I do not know if this is because I am already twenty-seven and I am kinda a bit not so young (LOL) that I get too sentimental when it comes to the friendships that I have. I have read an article sometime in 2017 that as we get older, it is much harder to maintain our friendships. When I read that, it hit me hard. Some very close friends I had in elementary and high school and even college-- I do not know where they are right now. And I used to be so close to these people. That is why I would always be grateful for my college besties who I can still get in touch with these days. Cheers to "low maintenance friendships!" I am glad to have these girls because whenever we got together, it is as if years were but an illusion because when we talk, we always pick up where we left off, the last time we talked. I can always be myself around them. We can talk about so many things for hours and hours without being awkward. AND WHEN WE GET TOGETHER WE ALWAYS ALWAYS SHARE SO MUCH LAUGHTER!! Sometimes our tummies hurt from laughing so hard lol. When we decide to meet for a "catching up sesh", we always have food-- because duh, when you share a meal with people it binds you together, you know that, right? I always look forward to meeting them-- Tine, Hagie and April. I have forged deep friendships with them and I love them so much sometimes it hurt. Sometimes, when days are cold, and I am left with my thoughts, and I see my college diary, I get the sudden feeling of terribly missing them and missing so much about how simpler life was when we were in college. FAITH-- Okay, so, yeah, in the title. I believe that the people we meet in life are in our lives for many varied reasons. These friends I have-- I believe-- are in my life to make me a better version of myself and to see me for who I really am. They helped me a lot in seeing my potentials and talents, too. I think this post is getting too long, I will have another separate post for Friendships, yeah. So long, you guys!
‘Til the next post, hivers! Remember that you are loved beyond borders and beyond time & space. Okay? Okay. 💛❤️
Ciao for now! 🤗🥰
